Macon y Asociados is an authorized Telmex dealer. Every Infinitum customer they sign needs a documented, traceable file that Telmex can audit at any time. Done by hand, one incomplete file is not a clerical error — it is the risk of losing the dealership.
We built the system that carries a file end to end: the field rep uploads the documentation, a quality-control desk inside the software approves or rejects it against Telmex requirements, and a dashboard shows what is uploaded, reviewed and cleared.
